We Are Hiring

Under the provisions of Regulation 9, 10, and 11 of the NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, NADRA invites applications from highly skilled and experienced professionals for the following position:

Position Title:

Deputy Director Procurement

Maximum Age Limit:

44 Years (Includes 5 years of general age relaxation)

Educational Background:

  • BBA (4 years) or MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management

  • Degree(s) must be attested by HEC

Job Location:

Islamabad

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience

  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in technical procurement

Skills & Competencies Required:

  • Ability to manage large-scale and diversified procurement assignments

  • Proven expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and vendor management, especially within government departments

  • Strong understanding of procurement best practices, market trends, and regulatory frameworks

  • Capacity to identify and mitigate risks and ensure compliance

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • High level of accuracy in data collection, analysis, and reporting

  • Familiarity with procurement of IT software/hardware and technologies

  • Working knowledge of PPRA and World Bank procurement guidelines

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Initial hiring will be on a 5-year contract basis, extendable as required.

  2. NADRA reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.

  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for test/interview.

  4. Providing false information will result in disqualification.

  5. 5 years’ age relaxation is already included in the maximum age limit.

  6. Selected candidates must submit Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.

  7. Candidates employed in Government/Semi-Government departments must attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

  8. No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview.

  9. Attested degrees from HEC must be presented at the time of the interview.

  10. Females, Minorities, Transgenders, and Differently-abled individuals are encouraged to apply.

  11. Use of electronic gadgets, including mobile phones and smartwatches, is prohibited during the test/interview.
