WE ARE HIRING

The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) invites applications from qualified and competent professionals for the following positions at its Headquarters, Islamabad.

1. Deputy Director (Semantic Lead)

Maximum Age: 44 Years

Qualification

  • Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university/institution.

Professional Experience, Skills & Competencies

  • Strong background in semantic technologies and data-driven systems.

  • Hands-on expertise in task analysis, process optimization, and cognitive/AI-based systems.

  • Experience in data modeling, reporting, and analytical frameworks.

  • Ability to monitor and evaluate system performance and recommend improvements.

  • Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.

  • Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing complex workflows.

  • Candidates must meet medical and character standards as per NADRA policies.

2. Assistant Director (Business Analyst)

Maximum Age: 37 Years

Qualification

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.

Professional Experience, Responsibilities & Skills

  • Work closely with senior business stakeholders and product owners to gather and analyze requirements.

  • Support Agile teams and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support mitigation planning.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and predictive analysis.

  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables effectively.

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Degrees must be verified by HEC at the time of appointment.
