Under the provisions of Regulations 9, 10, and 11 of the NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, the National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) invites applications from highly skilled and experienced professionals for the following positions:

?? 1. Deputy Director (Senior Network Engineer)

Maximum Age: 44 Years
Location: Islamabad

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s (4 Years) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecom Engineering, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field.

• Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution (degrees must be HEC-attested).

Professional Experience

• Preferably 7 years of relevant experience.

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, etc. will be an advantage.

Responsibilities / Skills & Competencies

• Manage core network switches and Next Generation (NG) Firewalls.

• Troubleshoot multi-brand network devices (Juniper, Cisco, H3C, Fortigate, etc.).

• Prepare and oversee network documentation, SOPs, support manuals, and engineering drawings.

• Deep understanding of Firewall/Switch policies, routing, web filtering, DNS filtering, IDS/IPS, geofencing, and email spam tagging.

• Comprehensive knowledge of ZTNA-based network architecture, SSL VPNs, host binding, and 2FA.

• Strong communication, technical, interpersonal, and networking skills.

• Flexibility to work in morning and evening shifts.

?? 2. Assistant Director (Network Engineer)

Maximum Age: 37 Years
Location: Islamabad

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s (4 Years) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecom Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

• Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum 16 years of HEC-verified education (degrees must be HEC-attested).

Professional Experience

• Preferably 3 years of relevant experience.

• CCNA/CCNP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities / Skills & Competencies

• Operate and manage core network switches and NG Firewalls.

• Troubleshoot various network devices (Juniper, Cisco, H3C, Fortigate, etc.).

• Maintain documentation including SOPs, configuration manuals, and support documentation.

• Working knowledge of firewall/switch policies, DNS filtering, IDS/IPS, geofencing, and email security.

• Understanding of ZTNA-based network architecture, VPNs, and 2FA.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility to work in morning/evening shifts.

Maximum Age: 37 Years
Location: Islamabad

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s (4 Years) in Computer Security, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 16 years of HEC-verified education (degrees must be HEC-attested).

Professional Experience

• Preferably 3 years in a relevant cybersecurity role.

Responsibilities / Skills & Competencies

• Ensure compliance with organizational cybersecurity policies in line with national and international standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).

• Manage compliance reporting, documentation, and audit coordination with internal and external teams.

• Collaborate with technical teams to validate security controls and implement remediation measures.

• Expertise in risk management, vulnerability management, and policy development.

• Strong understanding of information security frameworks and audit processes.

?? 4. Deputy Assistant Director (NOC)

Maximum Age: 30 Years
Location: Islamabad

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s (4 Years) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field.

• Minimum 16 years of HEC-verified education (degrees must be HEC-attested).

Professional Experience

• Preferably 1 year in a relevant role.

Responsibilities / Skills & Competencies

• Monitor network devices, servers, and links via NOC tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, etc.).

• Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate incidents per SOPs.

• Maintain incident logs, network reports, and shift handover documentation.

• Coordinate with field teams for issue resolution.

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and switching concepts.

• Hands-on with NMS systems (SolarWinds, Nagios).

• Basic knowledge of servers, firewalls, and WAN/LAN technologies.

?? 5. Deputy Superintendent

Maximum Age: 40 Years
Location: Islamabad

Educational Background

• Graduation (14 Years) from an HEC-recognized university (degrees must be HEC-attested).

Professional Experience

• Minimum 8 years in clerical and/or administrative roles, preferably in public sector organizations.

• Hands-on experience drafting official correspondence, reports, and documentation.

• Ability to liaise effectively across departments and management.

Responsibilities / Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Draft and prepare official letters, reports, and documents with accuracy.

• Maintain schedules, records, and filing systems efficiently.

Terms & Conditions

1. Selected candidates will be hired on a contract basis with a 6-month probation period (extendable if required).

2. Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning a reason.

3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

4. Candidates providing false information will be disqualified.

5. Applicants from Government/Semi-Government organizations must attach an NOC at the time of application.

6. Five (5) years of age relaxation is already included in the age limit.

7. Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.

8. No TA/DA will be admissible for tests/interviews.

9. All degrees must be attested by HEC or relevant regulatory bodies at the time of interview.

10. Females, Minorities, Transgender persons, and Differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.

11. Electronic gadgets (mobile phones, smartwatches, etc.) are not allowed during test/interview.
