Under the provisions of Regulations 9, 10, and 11 of NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, applications are invited from highly skilled, qualified, and motivated professionals for the following position:

????? Position Title:

Deputy Assistant Director
(Governance, Risk Assessment & Compliance)

?? Job Locations:

Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK)

Gwadar

Gilgit-Baltistan (GB)

? Age Limit:

Maximum 30 years (5 years general age relaxation already included)

?? Educational Requirements:

Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution

Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in one of the following disciplines:

Computer Science

Information Technology

Cyber Security

Information Security

Or equivalent

All degrees must be attested by HEC

?? Professional Experience:

0–1 year post-graduation experience in:

Governance

Risk Management

Compliance roles

Preference will be given to candidates with certifications in:

ISO 27001

CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)

CGEIT (Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT)

??? Skills & Core Competencies:

Strong knowledge of security frameworks, such as:

ISO 27001

NIST

CIS Controls

Up-to-date understanding of technological advancements and security best practices

Ability to:

Perform risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and propose mitigation strategies

Write SOPs, policies, and audit reports as per ISO standards

Conduct audits and formulate detailed compliance reports

Proficient in information security concepts, including:

Threat landscapes

Attack vectors

Security protocols

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for engaging with:

Senior management

Technical teams

Other stakeholders

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

?? Terms & Conditions:

Initial hiring will be on a 5-year contract, extendable as per requirements.

NADRA reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning a reason.

Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for a test/interview.

Providing false or misleading information will result in disqualification.

Government/Semi-Government employees must attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

All educational documents must be attested by HEC/relevant authorities.

Selected candidates will be required to submit Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.

No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.

Use of electronic gadgets (phones, smartwatches, etc.) is strictly prohibited during test/interview.
