Under the provisions of Regulation 9, 10, and 11 of NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, NADRA invites applications from highly skilled and experienced professionals for the following contract-based positions:

?? Position Details

1?? Deputy Assistant Director (Human Resource)

Age Limit: Maximum 30 years (inclusive of age relaxation)

Job Location: Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir

?? Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree (4 years) in:

Business Administration

Human Resource Management

Public Administration
(or an equivalent 16-year HEC-recognized education)

Master’s Degree will be preferred

All degrees must be attested by HEC

?? Experience & Competencies:

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles

Strong understanding of:

HR file and record maintenance

HRMS updates

Payroll and employee benefits administration

Operational HR support

Compliance with organizational policies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

2?? Deputy Assistant Director (MT & Security)

Age Limit: Maximum 30 years (inclusive of age relaxation)

Job Location: Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir

?? Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree (16 years) from HEC-recognized institution

Degrees must be attested by HEC

?? Experience & Responsibilities:

Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in security or transport departments

?? Transport Responsibilities:

Manage transport staff duty rosters

Monitor performance and provide feedback/support

Inspect and maintain vehicle fleets and transport equipment

Maintain records and generate progress reports

?? Security Responsibilities:

Ensure security of facilities and equipment

Manage security staff rosters

Monitor security staff and enforce SOPs

Oversee weapons and equipment readiness

Liaise with local police authorities when needed

?? Terms & Conditions

Initial hiring will be for a 5-year contract (extendable based on need).

NADRA management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning a reason.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

False information will lead to disqualification.

Candidates already serving in Government/Semi-Government must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) with their application.

Age relaxation of 5 years is already included in the advertised age limit.

Selected candidates must submit Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.

No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview.

Candidates must bring attested degrees/certificates from HEC or relevant regulatory bodies at the time of interview.
