(Appointed under Section 19 of the UHS Lahore Ordinance 2002 / Ordinance 2026)

Qualification:

 

MBBS and FCPS (or equivalent)

 

OR

 

M.A. / M.Sc. / MBA / MPA from an HEC-recognized institution.

 

Experience:

 

Minimum ten (10) years of teaching or administrative experience in a reputable HEC-recognized institute.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

Preference will be given to candidates who possess:

  • Direct experience working in the Examinations Department of a reputable Public Sector Medical University.

  • Strong computer skills, an IT background, and hands-on experience handling specialized examination software.

  • Demonstrated experience in automated examination systems, digital assessment platforms, computer-based testing, and ERP-integrated exam modules.

  • Knowledge of examination cybersecurity, confidential digital workflows, secure data handling, surveillance systems, and automated audit trails.

  • Proven track record of managing large-scale centralized examinations involving automated logistics and high-volume confidential operations.

Key Rules & Constraints

  • Age Limit: Maximum 55 years old on the last date of application submission.

  • Domicile Restriction: Only candidates holding a valid Punjab Domicile are eligible.

  • In-Service Applicants: Candidates currently working in Government or Public Sector Organizations must apply through the Proper Channel.

  1. Online Application: Apply online via the UHS job portal at http://portals.uhs.edu.pk/jobs. Fill out the form carefully, as no editing is permitted after submission.

  2. Application Fee: Print the system-generated fee challan and deposit a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 2,000/- via 1Link or at any branch of the Bank of Punjab (BOP).

  3. Document Compilation: Attach attested copies of:

    • CNIC & Domicile

    • All educational documents/degrees/certificates

    • Experience certificates

    • Paid system-generated fee challan

  4. Hardcopy Submission: Submit the signed printout of the pre-filled online application along with all compiled documents. Delivery can be done in person at the Diary and Dispatch Section or via courier to:

  • Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
