HIRING OF CONSULTANT FOR FINANCIAL ADVISORY

NATCO is seeking a short-term consultant to conduct an evaluation of its business model, processes, financial system, and key revenue systems. The purpose of this evaluation is to provide valuable insights that will assist the management in strategic planning and the efficient financial management of its resources.

Terms of Reference (TOR):

  1. Project Understanding: Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the project scope and requirements.
  2. Review of Existing Processes/Financial System: Analyzing the current financial processes and systems in place.
  3. Development of Financial Projections/Plan: Creating financial projections and a detailed financial plan.
  4. Proposed Business Build: Recommending and developing new business structures as needed.
  5. Other Tasks: Performing any additional tasks assigned by the Competent Authority.

Qualification and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification:

    • A Master's degree in Finance from an HEC-recognized university or an equivalent professional qualification.
    • A foreign qualification from a reputed university will be considered an added advantage.

  • Experience:

    • A minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years of relevant experience in the capacity of a Financial Advisor/Consultant.
    • High-level skills in financial development and oral communication are prerequisites.
