VACANCIES ANNOUNCEMENT

A government organization invites applications from Pakistani nationals for appointment to the following permanent positions. Eligible candidates meeting the prescribed criteria should submit their applications on the prescribed form, along with two plain self-addressed envelopes, to Deputy Commandant, 303 Spares Depot EME, within 15 days of publication of this advertisement.

Preference will be given to candidates possessing additional qualifications and relevant experience from recognized institutions.
The details of the required educational qualifications, experience, and regional/provincial quotas are given below.
The age limit for all posts is 18 to 30 years.

2 HSM (Vehicle Mechanic / VM / Construction) (BPS-10) 1 Sindh (Rural) – 1 Intermediate (F.A/F.Sc.) Preference will be given to candidates having a three-year diploma in Construction, Consultancy, or Maintenance, along with five years of experience. Candidates skilled in road construction machinery repair and maintenance will be preferred. Must be capable of preparing drawings and layouts, identifying faults, and performing both major and minor repairs independently.
3 Assistant Store Keeper (BPS-07) 5 Sindh (Rural) – 2
Sindh (Urban) – 1
Balochistan – 1
Merit – 1		 Intermediate (F.A/F.Sc.) Should have experience as an independent warehouse supervisor and be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.

General Instructions

  1. Candidates must send their applications along with attested copies of educational certificates, domicile, experience certificates, CNIC, and two passport-size photographs within 15 days of publication of this advertisement.

  2. Women, disabled persons, and minorities will be recruited according to the quota system. Disabled persons must attach a valid certificate issued by an authorized medical board.

  3. Candidates already serving in government departments should apply through proper channel.

  4. The applicant must mention their mobile number in the application. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

  5. Each candidate must attach a Bank Draft or Postal Order of Rs. 300/- in favor of Unit Commandant with the application.

  6. Candidates aged between 18 and 30 years as of 15 days after the publication of this advertisement are eligible to apply.

Age Relaxation Rules

  1. 3 years relaxation for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, Sindh (Rural), Balochistan, Azad Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Tribal Areas, and Northern Areas.

  2. 10 years relaxation for disabled persons.

  3. 5 years relaxation for candidates recruited under the Prime Minister’s Assistance Package.

  4. 15 years relaxation for retired army personnel (maximum age limit up to 45 years).

  5. 10 years relaxation for serving government or contract employees with at least two years of continuous service.

Additional Instructions

  • Candidates must present original documents at the time of test and interview.

  • No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be paid for appearing in the test/interview.
