Situation Vacant: Home & Tribal Affairs Department (PIFTAC), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Home & Tribal Affairs Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is inviting applications for specialized positions within the PIFTAC project. These roles focus on strategic analysis, counter-terrorism, and digital security.

3 Digital Analyst & Software Expert (BPS-17) 03 Masters/BS (16 Years) in Computer Science, Data Sciences, or Information Technology. 22 to 35 Years
4 Policy & Research/Financial Expert (BPS-17) 03 Masters/BS (16 Years) in IR, Pol Science, Mass Comm, Policy & Governance, MBA, Commerce, Finance, or Social Sciences. 22 to 35 Years

Application Process

The application method differs depending on the seniority of the post:

For Serial No. 1 (Consultant Analyst):

  • Manual Submission: Submit applications and documents directly by hand to the Project Director, PIFTAC, Home & Tribal Affairs Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

For Serial Nos. 2, 3, and 4:

  1. Online Portal: Visit www.etea.edu.pk to apply online starting 11th May 2026.

  2. NADRA Verification: Before applying, candidates must print an E-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and verify their CNIC at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise.

  3. Fee Payment: Print the generated deposit slip and pay the non-refundable fee via Easypaisa or UBL Bank.

  4. No Manual Documents: Do not send physical documents to the ETEA office; these will only be required for scrutiny if you pass the test.

Terms & Conditions

  • Screening Process: Candidates must pass the ETEA screening test, followed by a psychological/analytical test before the final interview.

  • Age Relaxation: Admissible as per existing Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa rules.

  • Government Employees: Must apply through the proper channel (NOC).

  • Foreign Degrees: Must provide an equivalence certificate from the HEC.

  • Test Info: Roll No. slips, test dates, and venues will be available on the ETEA website. Candidates will be notified via SMS (do not use ported/converted mobile numbers).
