1. Provisional Eligibility: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test, but detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority. Ineligible candidates will be disqualified at any stage.

2. NADRA Verification: Candidates must create a profile on ETEA's website, print an E-Sahulat token, and get their CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk) before applying.

3. Post-Screening: Candidates qualifying the ETEA test will subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of eligibility criteria.

4. Contract Basis: Appointment is purely on a contract basis until project completion, as per project policy. Posts will stand abolished automatically on project completion.

5. Pay Package: Pay package will be offered as per Government Project Policy.

6. Interview: Call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.

7. Eligibility Date: Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of application receipt.

8. Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date will not be entertained.

9. Age Relaxation: Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Government Rules.

10. Proper Channel: Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel.

11. Separate Applications: Candidates applying for more than one post shall apply separately with separate fee.

12. Original Documents: Original documents along with one set of attested copies of all relevant documents must be produced at the time of interview.

13. Vacancy Adjustment: The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies with a cogent reason.

14. Domicile Preference: Preference will be given to applicants having domicile from southern areas.

15. Cancellation Rights: The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel/reject any application without assigning any reason.

16. Foreign Degree: In case of a foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.

17. Errors/Omissions: Errors/Omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.

How to Apply (Step-by-Step)

1. Visit Website: Go to www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.

2. Generate Deposit Slip: After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (with token number, project code, and candidate's personal information) will be generated.

3. Pay Fee: Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee through Easypaisa app/agent or at any UBL Bank branch.

4. Keep Slip: Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank's stamp for your records.

5. Do Not Send Documents: Do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office. Copies will be provided by candidates who qualify for the screening test as and when required.

6. Roll Number Slips: Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Ensure you do not use a ported/converted mobile number.

7. Test Details: Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.

8. No Separate Call Letters: No separate call letter will be issued for the screening test through postal/courier means.
