Post Title: Junior Coach (BPS-10)
Number of Posts: 07
Age Limit: 22–32 Years

Qualification Requirements:

• At least Second Division Intermediate Certificate or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Board; AND

• At least Two (02) years' experience as a Coach in the relevant game from any recognized Government, Semi-Government, or autonomous organization; AND

• Relevant coaching course certificate issued by the Pakistan Olympic Association or Pakistan Sports Federation; AND

• First or second position in the relevant individual sports event or team event at the Provincial level organized by the Pakistan Sports Board or, as the case may be, the Provincial Sports Boards.

Note for Cricket Coach:

• For the position of Junior Coach (BPS-10) for Cricket, the candidate must possess at least a Second Division Intermediate Certificate or its equivalent from a recognized Board; AND

• Two (02) years' experience as a Cricket Coach from any Government, Semi-Government, or autonomous organization; AND

• Participation in Provincial, Regional, or Divisional level Cricket Championships organized by the Pakistan Cricket Board; AND

• At least Level-1 Certificate issued by the Pakistan Cricket Board.

Preference: Preference shall be given to players who have participated in Grade-I level tournaments and possess the above criteria.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Applicants are advised to read the following instructions carefully:

1. Provisional Eligibility:
Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority. If any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.

2. NADRA Verification Mandatory:
All candidates are required to create a profile on ETEA's website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, candidates must print the "E-Sahulat Token" from ETEA's website and get their CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise. Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.

3. Scrutiny Process:
Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be scrutinized for relevance in terms of the eligibility criteria.

4. Interview Calls:
Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.

5. Eligibility Date:
Candidates should be eligible in all respects as of the last date of receipt of applications.

6. Late/Incomplete Applications:
Applications received after the due date will not be entertained. Incomplete applications or applications submitted with false documents/information shall be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.

7. Age Relaxation:
Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Government Rules.

8. Government/Semi-Government Employees:
Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel. A departmental NOC must be provided before the DSC (Departmental Selection Committee) at the time of the interview.

9. Multiple Applications:
Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.

10. Reservation of Rights:
The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies while mentioning a cogent reason thereof.

11. TA/DA:
No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.

12. Foreign Degree:
In case of a foreign degree, equivalence certificates from HEC must be provided.

13. Errors/Omissions:
Errors/Omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.

HOW TO APPLY

1. Online Registration:
   Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.

2. Deposit Slip Generation:
   After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (containing token number, project code, and candidate's personal information) will be generated.

3. Fee Payment:
   Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through Easypaisa app or agent, or at any branch of UBL Bank.

4. Retain Deposit Slip:
   After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having the bank's dated stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.

5. Document Submission:
   After applying online, do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office. Copies of testimonial/documents will, however, be provided by candidates who qualify for the screening test, as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.

6. Online Form Availability:
   The online application form will be available on www.etea.edu.pk starting August 10, 2026.

7. Last Date for Submission:
   The last date for submission of online applications is August 31, 2026.

8. Roll No. Slips:
   Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed to not change their mobile phone numbers.

9. Test Details:
   The test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.

10. No Separate Call Letters:
    No separate call letter will be issued to candidates for the screening test through postal or courier means.
