Experience herein means Post Qualification Experience APPLICATION PROCESS

  1. The application process consists of two phases: Online and Manual. Both the phases are mandatory for the Applicant to complete.
  2. The candidate is required to fill online application form  available at UHS website (http://www.uhs.edu.pk/jobs)
  3. Before applying online, the candidate must deposit a processing fee (non-refundable), through bank challan at National Bank of Pakistan, Sheikh Zayed Hospital Branch Lahore: A/C Title "CE-UHS" (A/c # 3164498127) or get a pay order / demand draft of the same amount in the name of Treasurer, University of Health Sciences Lahore. The candidate shall enter the number of his/her bank challan / DD/ PO in his / her online form. The detail of the processing fee is as below:
    1. Sr # 1 to 3 = Rs. 300/-
    2. Sr # 4 to 16 = No processing fee required.

IMPORTANT

  1. The candidate should fill the form completely. He/she is advised to carefully go through the filled entries before he/she submits his/her online application form as no editing is allowed once the online form is submitted.
  2. On successful submission of online application form, the candidate will be required to get a print-out of his/her form. He/she will be required to sign the print-out of application at designated place(s).
  3. The candidate must submit the print-out of his/her application along with all required documents, by hand or by post, at the office of Director Admin & Coord (Receipt & Diary Dispatch Section), University of Health Sciences, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore, by due date.
  4. Application received incomplete or after due date shall not be acceptable.
    1. Posts filled on Daily-Wage basis are purely temporary and the appointment shall be made up to the end of current financial year.
    2. The University reserves the right to cancel increase or decrease the number of posts at any level without assigning any reason.
    3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called interview.
    4. No TA/DA will be admissible for interview.
    5. The age of the applicants should not be more than 55 year on the last date of submission of applications.
    6. Applicants already working in Government/ Semi-Government organization/Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel.
    7. Final appointment will be subject to verification of educational degrees/certificates and experience certificate (any expenditure in this regard will be borne by the candidate).
    8. The prOcess will be completed as per the rules/regulations of the University and appointment will be governed by UHS Service Statutes 2005.
