VACANT POSITIONS

Applications are invited from permanent residents and domicile holders of District Buner, both male and female candidates, who possess the required qualifications, for appointment against the following vacant positions in the District Courts of Buner.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the information provided by them. However, detailed scrutiny will be conducted by the concerned appointing authority, and if at any stage a candidate is found ineligible in any respect, he/she shall be disqualified by the appointing authority.

2. All candidates are required to create their profile on the ETEA website. After creating the profile and before submitting the application fee for any post, candidates shall print the deposit slip from the E-Sahulat kiosk via NADRA E-Sahulat franchise and get their CNIC number verified. Without this verification, applying for any post will not be possible.

3. A separate application must be submitted for each post.

4. Candidates who pass the ETEA test will subsequently be subjected to further scrutiny process as per the merit criteria.

5. Candidates must be eligible in all respects by the closing date given in this advertisement.

6. Applications received after the prescribed date will not be accepted. Incomplete applications or applications submitted with fake documents or incorrect information will be rejected at any stage.

7. Candidates will be informed about the test and interview via SMS. Candidates are advised not to change or block their active mobile SIM until the completion of the recruitment process; otherwise, the entire responsibility will lie with the candidate.

8. The upper age limit will be as per government policy on the last date of submission of applications.

9. Candidates working in government departments shall apply through the proper channel and provide NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the concerned authority before appointment.

10. The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts with reasonable justification.

11. No TA/DA (Travel Allowance / Daily Allowance) will be given for the test or interview.

12. In the case of a foreign degree, equivalence certificate from HEC must be provided.

13. Salary and other allowances after appointment will be given in accordance with the law.

14. Post Serial No. 01 is specifically reserved for female candidates only.

Note: Since no posts are available in the above-mentioned prescribed quota for disabled persons and minorities against the vacant posts, such candidates may apply on general merit basis.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

1. Interested candidates should first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply online.

2. After successfully submitting the online application, a specific deposit slip (containing Token Number, Project Code, and candidate's personal information) will be issued.

3. Print this deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) via Easypaisa app/agent or any branch of UBL Bank.

4. After depositing the fee, keep the bank-stamped original deposit slip (candidate's copy) safely and do not share it with anyone.

5. Do not send documents to the ETEA office initially after applying online. However, documents will be requested from successful candidates in the screening test when required.

6. The online application form will be available at www.etea.edu.pk from 05/08/2026.

7. The last date for submission of online applications is 20/08/2026.

8. Candidates will be notified by ETEA via SMS to download and print their roll number slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are instructed to provide their active mobile numbers.

9. The date, time, and venue of the test will be mentioned on the roll number slip.

10. No separate call letter will be issued by post or courier for the screening test.
