VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Applications are invited from eligible candidates having permanent domicile of Mardan for recruitment against the following vacant positions in the establishment of the District & Sessions Judge, Mardan.

3 Junior Clerk (BPS-11) — 19 Merit: 18
Women: 01		 (i) Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board.
(ii) Typing speed: 30 words per minute.		 18 to 30 Years
4 Driver (BPS-06) — 04 Merit: 04 (i) Middle pass.
(ii) Must possess an HTV (Heavy Transport Vehicle) license OR an LTV (Light Transport Vehicle) license with 5 years of experience.
(Note: Experience will be counted from the date of issuance of the LTV license).		 30 to 45 Years

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Provisional Eligibility: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the information provided by them. However, detailed scrutiny will be conducted by the appointing authority. If any candidate is found ineligible at any stage, they will be disqualified by the appointing authority.

  2. Single Application: Candidates can submit only one application for posts S.No. 1 to 4.

  3. Documents at Interview: Candidates must present original documents at the time of the interview. Furthermore, they must be well-acquainted with their character and conduct certificates.

  4. Fee Submission: After submitting the application fee through an EasyPaisa franchise, etc., candidates must verify it. Subsequently, eligibility criteria will be applied.

  5. ETEA Test: Only candidates who pass the ETEA screening test will be considered, provided they fulfill all eligibility criteria up to the last date mentioned in the advertisement.

  6. NADRA Verification: Candidates must provide their NADRA E-Sahulat verified CNIC number when creating their profile for any post.

  7. Late Applications: Applications received after the prescribed date will be rejected at any stage.

  8. Communication: The responsibility for receiving test and interview information lies with the candidate. They must not change their active mobile SIM or number, otherwise all communication regarding the test/interview will be their own responsibility.

  9. Appointment Rules: Recruitment will be made in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.

  10. Relaxation in Age: The upper age limit will be relaxed as per government rules/policy as of 01/01/2026.

  11. Departmental Candidates: Candidates working in Government / Semi-Government institutions must apply through the proper channel.

  12. Authority Rights: The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel any or all posts with reasonable justification.

  13. No TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.

  14. Foreign Degrees: In the case of a foreign degree, it is mandatory to provide an equivalence certificate from HEC.

  15. Post- Appointment Benefits: After appointment, salary and other allowances will be as per rules. All original educational documents, domicile certificate, and character certificate (which should be from a person who is not a relative and is aware of the candidate's morals and habits) will be required at the time of interview.

  16. Online Profile: Candidates must create their online profile and submit applications through the designated portal.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

  1. Online Application: Interested candidates should visit the ETEA website www.etea.edu.pk and apply online.

  2. Deposit Slip: After successfully submitting the online application, a unique deposit slip will be generated containing the project code and candidate's personal information.

  3. Fee Payment: Print this deposit slip and submit the prescribed non-refundable net fee through EasyPaisa App/Agent or any branch of UBL Bank.

  4. Keep Receipt: After depositing the fee, keep the bank-stamped original deposit slip (candidate's copy) safe and do not share it with anyone.

  5. Documents Submission: Do not send documents to the ETEA office initially after applying online.

  6. Request for Documents: Documents will be requested from successful candidates in the screening test when required.

  7. Online Form Availability: The online application form will be available on www.etea.edu.pk from 01/08/2026.

  8. Last Date for Submission: The last date for online submission of applications is 25/08/2026.

  9. Roll Number Slip: Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA to download and print their roll number slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are instructed not to provide a converted/wrong mobile number.

  10. Test Details: The date, time, and venue of the test will be mentioned on the roll number slip.

  11. No Separate Call Letter: No separate call letter will be issued by post or courier for the screening test.
