Applications Invited for Vacant Posts

Applications are invited for the following vacant posts in the District Judiciary, Mansehra from eligible male, female, and transgender (Khawaja Sira) candidates who are permanent residents of Hazara Division under the Minority Quota, having domicile of District Mansehra.

Completed applications must reach the office of the undersigned by 12:00 noon on 04 February 2026.

Details of Vacant Posts

1. Computer Operator (BPS-16)

  • Number of Posts: 04

    • Open Merit: 04

    • Women: 01

    • Minority: 02

  • Age Limit: 18 to 30 years (up to 01-01-2006)

  • Qualification:

    • MSc / BIT / HCS or equivalent from a recognized university

2. Junior Scale Stenographer (BPS-14)

  • Number of Posts: 06

  • Age Limit: 18 to 30 years (up to 01-01-2006)

  • Qualification & Skills:

    • Intermediate or equivalent qualification from a recognized board

    • Shorthand speed: 50 words per minute

    • Typing speed: 35 words per minute (English)

    • Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge of MS Office

3. Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

  • Number of Posts: 11

  • Age Limit: 18 to 30 years (up to 01-01-2006)

  • Qualification & Skills:

    • Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent from a recognized board

    • Typing speed: 30 words per minute

4. Driver (BPS-06)

  • Number of Posts: 14

  • Age Limit: 18 to 45 years (up to the closing date of applications)

  • Qualification & Experience:

    • Middle pass

    • Valid HTV driving license, or LTV license (for light vehicles)

    • At least five (05) years of driving experience

5. Naib Qasid (BPS-03)

  • Number of Posts: 05

    • Open Merit: 02

    • Women: 01

  • Age Limit: 18 to 40 years (up to the closing date of applications)

  • Qualification:

    • Preferably literate

Terms and Conditions

  1. Application forms can be obtained from the District Judiciary Office, Mansehra, or downloaded from the official website:
    www.demansehra.gov.pk
    Candidates may also submit applications on a self-prepared prescribed format.

  2. Applications not submitted on the prescribed format will not be entertained.

  3. Each application must be attested by two respectable persons (non-relatives).

  4. Applications may also be submitted online; however, a hard copy along with scanned attested documents must be submitted to this office compulsorily.

  5. Candidates possessing domicile other than Khyber Pakhtunkhwa or not permanent residents of Hazara Division will not be eligible.

  6. The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, amend, or cancel the number of vacancies at any stage.

  7. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

  8. No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.

  9. Married female candidates having domicile of District Mansehra are eligible to apply.

  10. Applications received after the due date, or incomplete applications, shall be rejected.

  11. Attested copies of all required documents must be submitted along with the application through registered post or by hand.
