Job Vacancies Announcement

District Courts Malakand

Applications are invited from permanent residents and domicile holders of Malakand district to fill the following vacant positions in the District Courts Malakand. Candidates can submit their applications to the undersigned office during office hours until April 4, 2025.

2 Junior Scale Stenographer (BPS-14) 1 (i) Intermediate or equivalent from a recognized board. (ii) Shorthand speed of 50 words per minute. (iii) Typing speed of 35 words per minute. (iv) Preference will be given to candidates proficient in MS Office. 18 to 30 years
3 Junior Clerk (BPS-11) 3 (i) Secondary School Certificate or equivalent from a recognized board. (ii) Typing speed of 30 words per minute. (iii) Preference will be given to candidates proficient in MS Office. 18 to 30 years
4 Driver (BPS-06) 1 Middle Pass Certificate with an LTV license and 5 years of experience. 25 to 30 years
5 Naib Qasid (BPS-03) 2 Literate candidates will be preferred. 18 to 40 years

Terms & Conditions

  1. For positions 1 to 3, the upper age limit will be relaxed as per Government Policy under Rule 10 of 1989 until January 1, 2025, whereas for positions 4 and 5, the age limit will be determined based on the last date of application submission.
  2. Applicants for Computer Operator, Junior Clerk, and Driver positions must submit applications using the prescribed form, available at the official website (www.dscmalakand.gov.pk), the Superintendent Office, Session Court Batkhela, or the Naib Nazir, Tehsil Court Dargai.
  3. Along with the application form, candidates must attach:
    • Two recent passport-size photographs
    • Certified copies of CNIC, educational certificates, and domicile
    • Two character certificates from respectable citizens who are not relatives of the applicant and are well aware of their conduct
  4. Government employees must apply through their respective departments.
  5. All appointments will initially be made on a temporary basis.
  6. Salary and allowances will be granted as per government rules and regulations.
  7. The list of eligible candidates will be displayed on April 5, 2025, on the notice board of Session Court Batkhela, Sub-Divisional Court Dargai, and the official website.
  8. The written, practical, and oral tests for all positions will be conducted on April 19, 2025, at 9:00 AM at the District Court. No separate call letters will be issued.
  9. No TA/DA will be provided for the test or interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
  10. For Position 5 (Naib Qasid), recruitment will be processed through the District Employment Exchange. Applicants must register themselves at the District Employment Exchange Office, Thana, Malakand, near Government Commerce College Thana and submit applications through the exchange office.
  11. The competent authority reserves the right to alter, amend, cancel, or reduce/increase the number of advertised vacancies as per government policy.
  12. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.
  13. Candidates must present original educational and professional certificates at the time of the interview.
  14. Legal action will be taken against those submitting false or forged documents.
