Career Opportunity

The Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC) invites applications from qualified, motivated, and result-oriented professionals for the following position(s) on a contractual basis. The appointment will be made purely on merit, following a transparent recruitment process.

Description:
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and executing assigned operational, administrative, or technical functions within KW&SC. The position involves ensuring compliance with the corporation’s policies, preparing analytical reports, and supporting decision-making at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and generation of detailed reports for management and operational use.

  • Data analysis and compilation for performance monitoring and project planning.

  • Coordination with relevant departments for information sharing and process improvement.

  • Assistance in policy drafting, correspondence, and meeting documentation.

  • Support in implementing efficiency and reform initiatives within KW&SC.

Required Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in public sector organizations or large corporations.

  • Proficiency in data management, reporting tools, and office software.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 45 years (relaxable in exceptional cases as per KW&SC policy).

Location:

  • Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan

Terms & Conditions:

  1. The appointment will be on a contract basis initially for one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance.

  2. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.

  3. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
