Position Title: Chief Executive Officer
Organization: Diamer Basha Development Company (Pvt.) Ltd. – A subsidiary of WAPDA
Project Location: Near Chilas, Gilgit-Baltistan

Company Overview

Diamer Basha Development Company (DBDC) is responsible for project management, strategic planning, supervision, and auxiliary services required for the Diamer Basha Dam Project, which will:

  • Have a gross storage capacity of 8.1 million acre-feet (MAF)

  • Generate 4,500 MW of electricity

  • Produce 18,100 GWH per year

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

  • Mandatory: Graduate Engineer (Civil discipline)

  • Preferred: Master's degree in one of the following:

    • Construction Management

    • Structures

    • Geotech

    • Hydraulics

Experience

  • Minimum 20 years post-qualification experience

  • Must be in large civil infrastructure or mega dam projects

Skills Required

  • Strong project management skills

  • Proven leadership capabilities

  • Solid technical knowledge

  • Excellent communication skills

Age Limit

  • Maximum age: 62 years

Job Terms

  • Contract Duration: 3 years

    • Includes 6-month probation period

  • Location: Islamabad/Chilas (as per company’s requirement)

  • Pay Package: Market-based salary aligned with qualifications and experience
