2. Introduction & Context:

Purpose: WAPDA urgently requires security staff for its various projects across Pakistan.
-
Employment Type: Recruitment is on a "Lumpsum Basis" for a period of three years.
-
Extension: After three years of continuous satisfactory performance, extension of service may be considered.
3. Vacant Positions & Eligibility Criteria:

4. Detailed Conditions & Eligibility Requirements:

Place of Posting: This recruitment is for WAPDA projects across Pakistan. Selected individuals can be posted to any WAPDA project.

Service Requirements for Retired Personnel:
-
Minimum 18 years of service in Armed Forces.
-
Must have an exemplary character.
-
Must have a Medical Category "A" (Aye).
-

Preference Will Be Given To:
-
Candidates with experience in operations such as Al-Mizan, Rah-e-Najat, Rah-e-Rast, Zarb-e-Azab, and operations in Kashmir & Balochistan.

SSG Group Commandos.
-
Candidates who have qualified Commando Courses.
-
Recipients of Bravery Medals.
-

Disqualification: Individuals convicted or forcefully dismissed from the Armed Forces are not eligible.
5. Testing & Selection Process:
-
Stage 1 – Physical Test (PET):
All candidates will undergo a physical test at the initial stage, which includes:-
Running

Height and Chest Measurement
-
Push-ups
-
Chin-ups
-
Reach-up Test
-

Stage 2 – Written Test:
Candidates who successfully pass the physical test will be called for a written test. -
Stage 3 – Medical & Merit:
Candidates who pass the PET, written test, and medical limits will be recruited strictly on merit basis. -
TA/DA: No TA/DA will be given for any test or interview.
