ISLAMABAD CLUB – CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Islamabad Club invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the following positions:

1. Chief Engineer

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution (Civil Engineering preferred).

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior engineering leadership role in a reputable public or private sector organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all engineering, maintenance, and technical operations of the Club.

Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff to ensure the smooth functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, and mechanical systems.

Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and project plans for renovation, repairs, and expansion.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and relevant regulatory requirements.

2. Executive Chef

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.

Minimum 15 years of progressive culinary experience, with at least 5 years as an Executive Chef in a reputable hotel, club, or restaurant.

Expertise in a variety of cuisines, including Continental, Asian, and Pakistani.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation across multiple outlets.

Ensure consistency in food quality, hygiene standards, and culinary innovation.

Manage food cost control, inventory, and kitchen staffing.

Stay updated with modern culinary trends, kitchen technologies, and food safety regulations.
