CAREER OPPORTUNITY — TESCO (CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER)
The Tribal Areas Electricity Supply Company (TESCO), a public sector power utility operating under the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), is seeking a dynamic, visionary, and result-oriented leader for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

## Eligibility Criteria
Educational & Professional Qualification

Minimum: 16 years of education in Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management Sciences, Finance, Commerce, or Economics.

Alternative: Membership in a recognized professional accounting body.
Experience
-
Minimum 20 years of post-qualification professional experience.
-
At least 03 years of experience must be in senior management or C-Level positions.
Age Limit
-
Maximum 62 years as of the application closing date.
Skills & Legal Compliance
-
Comprehensive understanding of the power distribution sector, regulatory frameworks, and modern industry challenges.

Proven track record in corporate transformation, governance, change management, and organizational restructuring.

Compliance with the Fit & Proper Criteria under the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance & Operations) Act, 2023, SOEs (C-Level Appointments) Guidelines, 2024, and the Companies Act, 2017.
