VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Applications Are Invited For the Following Positions

1. Chairman / Chairperson, Department of Medical & Allied - Candidate must possess a medical degree with subspecialty training/certification in Medical & Allied.
- Must have at least 7 years of experience in a reputable institution after completion of subspecialty training.
- Evidence of scholarly activity/publications and teaching experience is required.
2. Chairman / Chairperson, Department of Paediatrics - Candidate must possess a medical degree with subspecialty training/certification in Paediatrics.
- Must have at least 7 years of experience in a reputable institution after completion of subspecialty training.
- Evidence of scholarly activity/publications and teaching experience is required.

General Instructions

  1. How to Apply:

  2. Documents Required:

      • Experience certificates

      • Research papers (with authorship clearly indicated)

  5. Eligibility Criteria:

    • Candidates must fulfill all eligibility requirements including qualification and certification before the closing date.

    • Only post-qualification experience will be considered.

  6. Disqualification Criteria:
    A candidate may be disqualified or excluded from the interview process if he/she:
    a. Knowingly furnishes any false information.
    b. Suppresses information that may lead to disqualification.
    c. Submits forged certificates (educational or experience).

  7. Terms of Service:

    • The appointment will be governed by the Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Reform Act 2015, its amendments, and the Rules & Regulations of the Institution.

  8. Selection Process:

    • Any attempt to approach or influence the Selection Committee will result in automatic disqualification.

    • The decision of the Selection Committee will be final, subject to approval by the Board of Governors.

  9. Post-Decision Communication:

    • After the final decision, no correspondence regarding the selection process will be entertained.
