Job Opportunity: Medical Director

Position Title:

Medical Director

Qualifications:

  • A recognized Medical Degree.

  • Proven record of excellence in clinical care.

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in leading a major hospital clinical unit in any clinical discipline.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure clinical excellence across all hospital functions.

  • Conduct audits of clinical practices.

  • Lead the development of new clinical programs.

  • Oversee the formulation of the annual clinical budget.

  • Report directly to the Board of Governors.

  • Eligible for a faculty appointment at an appropriate academic level.

  • Approximately 20% of time may be allocated for scholarly activities or clinical practice in the relevant specialty.
