Lady Reading Hospital Medical Teaching Institution, Peshawar – Job Opportunity

Position: Medical Director

Location: Lady Reading Hospital Medical Teaching Institution, Peshawar, Pakistan

Qualifications Required:

Education: Medical degree with a strong record of excellence in clinical care.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role managing a major hospital clinical unit in any clinical discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure clinical excellence across all aspects of hospital operations.

Audit and evaluate clinical practices to maintain high standards.

Develop and implement new clinical programs.

Prepare and manage the annual clinical budget.

Report directly to the Board of Governors.

Serve as a faculty member at an appropriate academic level.

Utilize approximately 20% of the role’s time for scholarly activities or clinical practice in the relevant specialty.
