A Public Sector Company engaged in providing financial and technical assistance to SMEs/MSMEs in the province of Sindh, is seeking qualified and dynamic professionals for the following positions:

1 Business Plan / Feasibility Expert Minimum qualification shall be Master's degree from a recognized university. Diploma in Banking or equivalent will be treated as an added qualification. Professional certifications in Financial Modelling, Project Finance, Investment Analysis, Project Management (PMP), or CFA/ACCA/CA modules will be considered an added advantage. Computer literacy is a must. Minimum (08) years of relevant experience with specialization in any field of relevance

POSITION OVERVIEWS

1. Business Plan / Feasibility Expert

The Business Plan/Feasibility Expert is responsible for supporting the Sindh Enterprise Development Fund (SEDF) in the technical, financial, and commercial appraisal of investment proposals, business plans, and feasibility studies submitted under SEDF's financing and development initiatives. The incumbent evaluates project viability, conducts due diligence, and provides evidence-based recommendations to facilitate informed investment decisions in line with SEDF's mandate and the Government of Sindh's economic development objectives.

2. SME – Specialist

The SME Specialist is responsible for supporting the Sindh Enterprise Development Fund (SEDF) in implementing its mandate to promote sustainable growth, competitiveness, and investment within the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) sector in Sindh. The incumbent is responsible for the appraisal, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of SME-related projects and initiatives financed or facilitated by SEDF.

The SME Specialist also contributes to policy research, project development, performance monitoring, and reporting to ensure that SEDF's interventions align with the Government of Sindh's economic development objectives and deliver measurable socio-economic impact.
