JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR DAE DIPLOMA HOLDERS

Training to be held at School of Mineral Technology (Taunsa)

A progressive public sector organization offers a two-year Post Diploma Training Program (PDTP) in Mining, Drilling & Logging Methods to Associate Engineers having 03 years DAE. The training is likely to commence in January 2027.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Pakistani or AJK Nationals who fulfill the following criteria may apply:

Drilling Methods	DAE (Mechanical/Petroleum)	"03 Year Diploma of Associate Engineer" in relevant technology recognized by Board of Technical Education with at least 60% Marks

Additional Requirements:

• Maximum age limit: 25 years up to the closing date of advertisement

• At least second (2nd) division in SSC (i.e., not below 50% marks)

FINANCIAL SUPPORT & FACILITY DURING STUDIES

• Rs. 37,630/- per month as stipend will be admissible to the selected trainees.

• Free bachelor hostel accommodation to outstation trainees only, subject to availability.

• Free indoor medical facility and transport (pick & drop) facility from official residence to work premises.

Bond Obligation:

After successful completion of training, the trainees will be bound to serve the organization for a surety period of at least 05 years under a prescribed bond. In case they refuse to join the Organization, they will have to pay back the incurred expenditures including but not limited to:

• The amount of stipend paid during the course of training at SMT

• Already waived expenditure (fee/charges) as calculated by the Organization

CAREER AFTER COMPLETION OF THE COURSE

Successful trainees may be appointed anywhere in Pakistan as Tech-I in pay scale equivalent to BPS-14, with:

• Two advance increments and admissible allowances on regular basis under CPF scheme

• Two years relaxation in next promotion

1. Only those candidates who fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria may apply. Candidature of those who do not fulfill the requirements will be cancelled at any stage during the process of selection or subsequently, and no claim whatsoever will be acceptable during and after selection.

2. Training consists of 06 months academic & 18 months practical work (in field).
