The Donor Funded Project seeks to hire qualified and competent candidates, having domicile of Sindh Province, on contract basis against the following vacant positions.

POSITION AND PLACE, JOB SPECIFICATION (QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE)

1. Senior Provincial Program Officer — Hyderabad Office

• Minimum Qualification: Master's in Social Sciences / Economics / Public Administration

• Experience: 5 years in Program Management and Administration of a Public or Private Organization

2. Pharmacist — Indus Hospital, Karachi

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's in Pharmacy or Pharm D

• Experience: At least 1 year relevant experience required

3. Data Entry Operator — DHQ Hospital, Badin

• Minimum Qualification: Intermediate with DIT/CIT

• Experience: At least 1–2 years' relevant experience in a Public/Private Organization

4. Community Support Officer (2 Positions) — Karachi East & Kashmore@Kandhkot

• Minimum Qualification: Graduation

• Experience: At least 3 years' experience of community/social mobilization in a Public/Private Organization

• Desirable Skills: Data management, persuasion, coordination, field management, effective communication (both verbal and written)

5. Gene Xpert Technician (2 Positions) — Gene Expert Site SGH Saudabad Malir Karachi & Gene Expert Site THQ Shahdadkot

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's in Laboratory Technology / Microbiology / Bio Chemistry OR FA/FSc with Diploma in Laboratory Technician

• Experience: At least 1 year relevant experience

6. Counselor (5 Positions) — Karachi Central, DHQ Hospital Badin, THQ Digri, SGH Ibrahim Hyderi Malir Karachi & DHQ Hospital Thatta

• Minimum Qualification: Graduation

• Experience: At least 1 year experience of community/social mobilization in a Public/Private Organization

• Desirable Skills: Data management, persuasion, coordination, field management, effective communication (both verbal and written)

7. Treatment Coordinator (2 Positions) — PMDT Site Larkana & DHQ Hospital Decentralized Site Kamber

• Minimum Qualification: Graduation

• Experience: At least 1 year experience of community/social mobilization in a Public/Private Organization

• Desirable Skills: Data management, persuasion, coordination, field management, effective communication (both verbal and written)

8. Screener (2 Positions) — PMDT Site Indus Hospital Karachi & PMDT Site DHQ Badin

• Minimum Qualification: Graduation

• Experience: At least 1 year experience of community/social mobilization in a Public/Private Organization

• Desirable Skills: Data management, persuasion, coordination, field management, effective communication (both verbal and written)

9. Lab Attendant — DHQ Badin

• Minimum Qualification: Matriculation

• Experience: One year relevant experience required

10. Driver — Karachi Office

• Minimum Qualification: Middle/Matric along with valid driving license

• Experience: 3 years driving experience
