FMH COLLEGE OF MEDICINE & DENTISTRY - POSITIONS VACANT

Fatima Memorial Hospital College of Medicine & Dentistry, a 470-bed multi-specialty tertiary care teaching institution, invites applications for faculty positions. The hospital offers state-of-the-art clinical and diagnostic services and is seeking highly motivated and dedicated faculty members familiar with modern learning strategies and integrated curriculum. Positions are available as per PMDC guidelines:

Available Positions:

1. ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR - ENT

   • Qualifications: MBBS, FCPS/FRCS or equivalent postgraduate qualification in ENT.
   • Experience: Minimum 5 years teaching experience as an Assistant Professor at a PMDC recognized institution in the relevant subject.

2. ASSISTANT PROFESSOR - PULMONOLOGY CUM INTENSIVIST

   • Qualifications: MESES, FCPS/MACP/FRCP, or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Pulmonology and Critical/Intensive Care Medicine.
   • Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience after postgraduation at any renowned healthcare establishment in the relevant discipline.

3. ASSISTANT PROFESSOR - NEUROLOGY

   • Qualifications: MBBS, FOPS/MACP/FRCP or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Neurology.
   • Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience after postgraduation at a PMDC recognized institution in the relevant subject.

4. ASSISTANT PROFESSOR - BIOCHEMISTRY

   • Qualifications: MBBS, M.Phil or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Biochemistry.
   • Experience: Minimum 2 years teaching experience at a PMDC recognized institution in the relevant subject.

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• Experience in undergraduate medical education.
• A strong record of high-impact publications.
• Expertise in curricular design, assessment, and use of technology.

Additional Requirements:

• For positions of Assistant Professor and above, candidates are required to obtain an experience equivalence certificate from the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC).
