Saida Waheed College of Nursing (SWCON), established in 1978, is an affiliate of FMH, recognized by the Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council (PNMC), Punjab Nursing Education Board, and University of Health Sciences (UHS). SWCON offers advanced multi-disciplinary nursing education and is seeking professionals for the following positions:

Academic Positions

Position Qualification & Experience Additional Requirements
Assistant Professor (Program Coordinator) M.Sc Nursing from a reputable national/foreign institution recognized by HEC/PNC; at least 3 years teaching experience At least one publication in a recognized Nursing/Health Science journal in the last 2 years; valid PNMC registration
Nursing Lecturer B.Sc Nursing / Post RN BSN from reputable national/foreign institution recognized by PNC; at least 3 years teaching experience Valid PNMC registration
Clinical Instructor B.Sc Nursing / Post RN BSN from reputable national/foreign institution recognized by PNC; at least 1 year teaching experience Valid PNMC registration

Position Qualification & Experience Notes
Nursing Manager / Supervisor Post Nursing qualification recognized by PNMC; minimum years’ experience in a managerial role Preference for candidates with foreign experience or current employment in reputable private hospitals
Staff Nurse Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery or B.Sc Nursing recognized by PNMC Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
Trained Midwife / Community Midwife Diploma in Midwifery or Community Midwifery recognized by PNMC Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
Medical Officer MBBS or equivalent recognized by PMC Valid PMC registration mandatory
Clinical Staff Relevant specialty experience; completion of house job 1–2 years experience preferred; valid PDC permanent registration mandatory

Support Staff Positions

Position Qualification & Experience
Cashier Bachelor’s degree from HEC-recognized institution; 1–2 years experience in healthcare or hospital setting; fresh graduates may apply
Receptionist Matric with relevant diploma from recognized institution
Dispenser 2 years relevant experience; recognized medical faculty certification
Phlebotomist Matric / under Matric; relevant work experience preferred
Security Guard 2–3 years relevant experience preferred
Housekeeper Relevant experience preferred
