JOB ADVERTISEMENT

The Gajju Khan Medical College / Bacha Khan Medical Complex & Allied Hospitals (MTI–Swabi) has been declared a Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reforms Act, 2015 (as amended) by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Applications are invited from qualified and dynamic professionals for appointment to the following contract-based positions under the Board of Governors (BoG), MTI–Swabi.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Submission of Applications:
   The application form must be accompanied by:

   • A cover letter

   • Detailed CV / Resume

   • Attested copies of educational testimonials, CNIC, and experience/service certificates

   • The application must be addressed to the Board of Governors, MTI–Bacha Khan Medical Complex, Swabi, and submitted to:

     Human Resource Department, Admin Block, MTI–Bacha Khan Medical Complex, Shah Mansoor, Swabi
     The complete application must reach by Thursday, 6th November 2025, before 4:00 PM.

2. Application Envelope:
   Applications must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly mentioning the name of the position applied for at the top right corner of the envelope.
   Applications sent by hand will not be entertained — only those sent through courier will be accepted.

3. Incomplete Applications:
   Incomplete applications or those received after the due date shall be rejected without notice.

5. Submission Deadline:
   Any application/document received after the closing date will not be accepted.
   No changes or replacements to submitted documents will be allowed after submission.

6. Influence / Recommendation:
   Any attempt to influence or approach the Selection Committee will lead to immediate disqualification.
   The decision of the Selection Committee will be final, subject to approval by the Board of Governors (BoG).

7. Right to Cancel:
   The MTI–Swabi reserves the right to cancel any or all advertised positions at any stage without assigning any reason.

8. Government Employees:
   In-service candidates must apply through the proper channel.
   Upon selection, they will be required to resign from their current post before joining.

9. Recruitment Policy:
   Recruitment will be carried out with full transparency and on merit, in accordance with the MTI Reforms Act.

10. Service Regulations:
    Selected candidates will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reforms Act, 2015 (as amended) and relevant rules and regulations.

11. Original Documents:
    Candidates must present original educational and experience documents at the time of the interview.

12. TA/DA:
    No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.

13. Post-Application Correspondence:
    No further correspondence will be entertained after submission of the application.

14. Disqualification Criteria:
    A candidate shall be disqualified or excluded if found guilty of any of the following:

    • Conviction by a court of law.

    • History of dismissal from service.

    • Submission of false or forged documents.

    • Attempt to influence recruitment through improper means.

    • Tampering with age or educational records.

    • Misbehavior during the interview process.

15. Board’s Authority:
    The Board of Governors, MTI–Swabi, reserves the right to select or reject any candidate without assigning any reason.

16. Age Relaxation:
    In case of a competent and suitable candidate, the upper age limit may be relaxed by up to two (02) years at the discretion of the Board of Governors.

17. Salary Disbursement:
    The salary of selected candidates shall commence only after verification of educational and experience documents.
    The verification fee will be borne by the selected candidate.
