1. ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR

Department: Community Medicine

2. ASSISTANT PROFESSOR

Departments:

  • Community Medicine
  • Histopathology

3. ASSISTANT MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Requirements:

  • Education: MBBS with a Postgraduate Degree in Health Management, Business Management, or an equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized university. Non-medical health management professionals are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity within a tertiary healthcare setup.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in verbal and written communication.
    • Computer-savvy.
    • Strong team player.
    • Dependable, result-oriented, and self-motivated.
    • Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Responsibilities: The selected candidate will perform duties in rotation alongside other Assistant Medical Directors (AMDs).

4. SENIOR STAFF NURSE / TEAM LEADER

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • B.Sc. Nursing (4-Year Program) OR
    • Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery with Post RN B.Sc. Nursing (2-Year) OR
    • Post-Basic Specialization from an HEC/PNC-recognized institution.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' work experience in a tertiary care hospital is preferred.

5. STAFF NURSE

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • B.Sc. Nursing (4-Year Program) OR
    • Post RN B.Sc. Nursing (2-Year) OR
    • Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery with Post-Basic Specialization from an HEC/PNC-recognized institution.
  • Experience: Work experience in a tertiary care hospital is preferred.

General Instructions for Faculty Appointments:

For faculty positions, applicants must possess Level III or Level IV qualifications that align with the criteria for appointment and promotion approved by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC).
