Vacancy Announcement

The National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF) invites applications from qualified and dynamic individuals for the following Islamabad-based position. The appointment shall be on a performance-based contract.

Position Details

  • Position Title: Assistant Manager – Internal Audit

  • Number of Vacancies: One (01)

Required Qualifications

  • Must be a Member of ICMA / CA / ACCA, or hold an MBA in Finance from a recognized university.

Age Limit

  • Maximum Age: 57 years

Required Experience

  • Preference will be given to candidates who have completed articles from one of the Big Four accountancy firms.

  • Must possess excellent communication, MS Office proficiency, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external auditors, and regulatory authorities.

  1. Application Procedure:

    • Applications must be submitted online through the Application Form available at the NDRMF Career Section (www.ndrmf.pk).

    • Required documents: Scanned copies of CV, CNIC, educational & experience certificates.

    • Deadline: 17 July 2025 by 1700 hours (closing of office hours).

    • No need to send hard copies.

  2. Incomplete or Late Applications:

    • Will not be entertained. No claim in this regard will be acceptable.

  3. Calculation of Age, Qualification & Experience:

    • Considered from the date of application submission.

    • Part-time, honorary, apprentice, or internship experience will not be counted.

  4. Educational Credentials:

    • All qualifications must be verified by HEC or must be equivalent as per HEC standards.

    • Foreign degree holders must submit HEC equivalence certificate(s).

    • Upon selection, HEC-verified degrees must be submitted before joining.

  5. Original Documents:

    • To be presented at the time of the interview.

  6. Shortlisting:

    • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview after a complete scrutiny of applications.

  7. Remuneration:

    • Competitive salary and benefits as per NDRMF standards, based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

  8. Application Authenticity:

    • Any false information or documents found at any stage will result in termination of the application or employment.

  9. Formalities:

    • Appointment will be made subject to fulfillment of all legal and administrative requirements.
