Position Vacant

Assistant Professor – Oral Biology

The institution seeks a highly motivated and dedicated faculty member familiar with modern learning strategies in an integrated curriculum. The appointment will be made in accordance with PMDC (Pakistan Medical & Dental Council) guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

  • BDS with one of the following postgraduate qualifications in the relevant subject:

    • PhD, or

    • MPhil (minimum 2 years), or

    • Equivalent postgraduate qualification

Experience

 
Qualification Minimum Teaching Experience
PhD holders 1 year in a recognized institution
MPhil holders 2 years in a recognized institution

Research Requirement

  • At least 2 publications in peer-reviewed indexed journals in the relevant subject.

PM&DC Requirement

  • Applicants must submit a valid PM&DC eligibility letter for appointment as Assistant Professor or Associate Professor, as applicable.

Preferred Attributes

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

  • Undergraduate teaching

  • Research

  • Curriculum development

  • Assessment
