Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) is the largest skills development fund in Pakistan, established in 2010 as a not-for-profit company set up by the Government of Punjab (GoPb). We are looking for energetic and motivated professionals for the following project-based positions in Lahore:

Available Positions

1. Assistant Manager Programs

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's (Hons) in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or a relevant/similar discipline from an HEC-recognized/accredited university.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant/similar field.

  • Experience in Program Management, Program Execution, or Program Operations will be preferred.

2. Specialist IT Infrastructure & Networks

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's (Hons) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, or a relevant/similar discipline from an HEC-recognized/accredited university.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant/similar field.

3. Specialist Program

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's (Hons) in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or a relevant/similar discipline from an HEC-recognized/accredited university.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant/similar field.

  • Experience in Program Management or Program Execution will be preferred.

4. Management Associate Programs

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's (Hons) in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or a relevant/similar discipline from an HEC-recognized/accredited university.

  • 0-1 year of experience.

5. Management Associate (Payables)

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's (Hons) in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a relevant/similar discipline from an HEC-recognized/accredited university.

  • 0-1 year of experience.
