Vacancy Announcement

Applications are invited from permanent residents and domicile holders of District Swabi for the following purely temporary positions in the District Judiciary Swabi.

Application Process & Instructions

  1. Application Form: Can be obtained from the office of Superintendent, Sessions Division, Judicial Complex Swabi, or downloaded from the website: www.dsjswabi.gov.pk.

  2. Details Required in Application: Full name, father’s name, date of birth, complete address, CNIC number, mobile number, and academic qualifications.

  3. Submission: Submit the application with attested copies of educational certificates, CNIC, domicile, and two recent passport-size photographs during office hours.

  4. Postal Applications: Must reach the office at least 2 days before the closing date.

  5. Salary & Allowances: As per law and applicable government rules.

  6. Age Calculation: Age will be considered as of 01.01.2025. However, the competent authority may grant upper age relaxation as per existing rules.

  7. Incomplete Applications: Will not be considered.

  8. Government/Semi-Government Employees: Must apply through proper channel.

  9. Eligible Candidates List: Will be displayed on the office notice board and also available on the district judiciary website.

  10. No TA/DA: No travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided for test/interview. No separate call letters will be issued.

  11. Authority Discretion: The competent authority reserves the right to fill or not to fill any post.

  12. Reserved Quotas: 10% for women and 2% for disabled persons, in accordance with prevailing laws and policies.

  13. Late Applications: Will not be entertained.

  14. Fake Documents: Legal action will be taken against applicants submitting fake or forged documents.
