Minimum Qualification: BBA / MBA or equivalent in a related field.
Education Duration: Minimum 16 years of HEC-verified education.
Degree Verification: All degrees must be attested by HEC.
Preferably 3 years of relevant professional experience in administrative and HR roles.
Oversee HR operations including leave management, personnel hearings, postings, transfers, and service record maintenance.
Implement HR policies, procedures, and organizational directives in accordance with established rules and regulations.
Supervise HRMS data updates, payroll processing, and employee benefits administration.
Provide operational support in all HR-related matters.
Manage administrative operations, including office management, logistics, facility upkeep, and asset maintenance.
Provide guidance and performance oversight to administrative and support staff.
Strong verbal and written communication to interact effectively with employees and management.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism.
Selected candidates will be hired on a 5-year contract, extendable if required.
Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing a reason.

Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
