The Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) is the largest skills development fund in Pakistan, established in 2010 as a not-for-profit company by the Government of the Punjab (GoPb).

We are currently seeking energetic and motivated professionals for the following positions at our Lahore office:
Available Positions
1. Assistant Manager – Budgeting, Forecasting & Analytics
Educational Qualification:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline
-
CA Finalist, ICMA Part Qualified, or ACCA Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply
-
Degree must be from an HEC-recognized/accredited university
Experience:
-
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Analytics
-
Strong analytical and financial reporting skills are essential
2. Management Associate – Operations
Educational Qualification:
-
Bachelor’s (Hons) degree in Economics, Social Sciences, or Management Sciences, or an MBA
-
Degree must be from an HEC-recognized/accredited university
Experience:
-
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in program operations and key account management
-
Prior experience in a similar role within the development or training sector will be an advantage
