Organization Overview:
Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF), established in 2010 as a not-for-profit company by the Government of the Punjab, is the largest skills development fund in Pakistan. PSDF fosters an environment where individuals can excel, with recognition and celebration of talent, contributing to a dynamic and inclusive work culture.
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Available Positions
1. Manager HR & Admin
Education:
Bachelor’s (Hons) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized/accredited university.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Preference for candidates with public sector organization experience.
2. Assistant Manager Program Design (3 Positions)
Education:
Bachelor’s (Hons) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized/accredited university.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in a relevant/similar field.
3. Specialist Program Design
Education:
Bachelor’s (Hons) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized/accredited university.
Experience:
Minimum 4 years in a relevant/similar field.
Preference for candidates with experience in Program Management, Program Execution, or Program Design.
