It is everyone's dream to Study and live in a foreign country. We all want to have the experience of living in an unknown place. Studying in another country may lead you to make your dreams come true. But the obstacles in the way to come up with success are massive tuition fees and other living expenses.

Our understanding of education in a foreign country is we think only of the United States, UK and other popular European nations and ignore other options of the countries available to us where we can study free. 1. Germany

Germany is at top in list as it offers higher education at minimal or no cost. Almost all the public universities in Germany do not charge any tuition fee but the administration fees. 2. Austria

All the Non EU/EEA students will have to pay a minimal tuition fee of around €730 per semester.  The 730 Euros are around 130000 Pakistani. This amount is not bad at all, if we consider the quality life there.  Austria is such a beautiful country with the rich culture of the former empire.

3. France

France might be an expensive destination for tourists, but not for international students. Higher education in France is free of cost. It is one of the most known places to study free of cost. Public universities in France don't charge tuition fees regardless of the nation you belong to. Grandes écoles, charges tuition fee, so if you want to study abroad for free it is better stick with a public university in France

4. Finland

A couple of years ago in Finland the education was totally free in government universities. But back then starting in 2017 the international students have to pay a sum of 1650 collar per year in order to acquire education in Finland.

5. Norway

Norway is another popular destination for free education. In Norway the graduate, post graduate and phD programs are entirely free of cost. From bachelors degree Norway offers complete free education even if you are not a resident of Norway.  But you need to learn the Norwegian language in order to get admission. In Norway most of the courses are taught in Norwegian language therefore you need to learn the language before applying plus you have to pass the test of native language first. University of Oslo, university of Bergen, Norwegian university of science and technology are found best around the world which is approximately 200000 pkr per year which is quite affordable. Medical students and those students who are pursuing study n Finnish have to pay no fees still. The university of Eastern Finland, university of Oulu and university of Helsinki are the most known universities in Finland.
