Islamabad: A lower court in Islamabad on Thursday sent the suspect to jail on 14 days judicial remand in a case of leaking fake CSS papers by uploading them on Facebook by using a fake female account.

The court furthermore ordered the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to submit complete challan of the case within 14 days.

The FIA gave the accused Muhammad Arif Khan in the court of Senior Civil Judge Abdul Ghafor Kakar.

An official informed the court that the suspect who was the inhabitant of Faisalabad had made a fake Facebook account with name of a female ‘Sadia kauser’.

After investigation, it was unveiled that the suspect was used to upload the papers along with some editing soon after the any paper was conducted.

The Federal Investigation Agency had recovered the laptop as well as the mobile set from the suspect, which had confirmed the suspected action of forgery.

The court has sent the suspect to jail on judicial remand till April 26th, 2017.

It is also pertinent to mention here that FIA had registered a case against Muhammad Arif on the complaint lodged by Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC).

Though, as per the Federal Public Service Commission, the chairperson of FPSC, keeping in view the seriousness of the matter of suspected leakage of questions of the question papers for CSS Exam 2017, constituted a departmental committee instantly presided over by FPSC members with the mandate to investigate the matter properly.
