In the current era of economic, social, political, societal and technological developments, the human beings are merely forgotten to develop their health. Mainly The right of development, peace and a healthy environment are in this publication. Usually these are the “diffused interests”, due to their nondemonstrative characteristics the violation of a subjective right to reclaim it or to even think over it. These rights are clearly identified as popularized actions, which every person legitimizes, including some State institutions begin the process of claiming restitution of the violated right of health. Everyone has to admit the only way of well-liked this right is to propagate the element of the health education.

The right to be a healthy soul implies the sustainable and moderate use of all the elements, which make up humanity’s habitat while focusing on protection and conservation, including the population growth, sustention and the collateral conditions for its creation. The preservation of the human health is crucial in all the world’s territories and involves the protection of human rights, environment, agriculture and waterways, the forests and all type of vegetation, as well as fauna. Some of the primary ways of violating the right to be a healthy soul, without creating a restrictive list, is related to acts of indiscriminate devastation of forests and biodiversity, contamination in rivers and lakes, activities and bad practices. These ultimately results in land erosion, operation of highly contaminating industries, inappropriate methods for the exploitation of natural resources, including the plundering of marine resources, agricultural colonization which threatens the conservation of watersheds and consequently the depletion of water in communities. Above-all, the thinking patterns of people who never care for their health but livelihood.

Many a times, people are not clear about health education, a process by which people learn specifically about health improvement. Different types of people provide health education in different ways, based on various behavioral change models. It is critically important in improving the health of communities and individuals. Health education attempts to increase knowledge of the subject which leads to a change in attitudes about healthy and unhealthy behaviors. This change in attitude ideally leads to a change in behaviors from unhealthy to healthy and then improvement in health, which is the ultimate goal of health education.

A country like Pakistan, where only Rs. 469 Million has been allocated for the public health in year 2009-10 budget. Out of which more than 85% expenses are on salaries, routine disbursements etc. It depicts that a lot of efforts are required for the enhancement and promotion of health education since it plays a crucial role in the development of a healthy, inclusive, and equitable social, psychological, and physical environment. It has undergone radical change in recent years, and modern approaches now use an empowering, multidimensional, multi-professional approach which relates to all settings, organizations, and levels of society, including schools, colleges, the community, and the workplace.

Many health educational journals reflect the best of modern thinking about health education, offers stimulating and incisive coverage of current debates, concerns, interventions, and initiatives, and provides a wealth of evidence, research, information, and ideas to inform and inspire in both the theory and practice of health education. But still lot more need to be furnished for common people so that they can at-least kick start to think on their best personal asset.
