Allama Iqbal and Ideology of Pakistan

In the idealistic thought of Allama Muhammad Iqbal we can see different sorts of pathways which is defined with the passage of time in the poetry of Allama Iqbal For example; certitude, percolation of east and west strategy.

We can observe the curiosity; however sometime his one verse of the poetry or sometimes one poem will became heavy on all his other performances.

In 1911 census Iqbal wrote an essay on topic “Islamic Culture” in which he openly defines the survival of the Muslims would only possible when they have quality like “Orangzaib Alamgir” in their role. Whose faith is not secularism however it should be sanitized Muslim thoughts. He explained his view in the next sentence that Islam is a name of ideology of religion, it covers the inclusive study.

Islami Jamhoriya Pakistan is the glorious imagination of Allama Muhammad Iqbal, that comes true on 14 August 1947 and change the geography of the entire world in shape of Pakistan whose fundamentals are Tauheed and the execution of Qur’an and Sunaah.

It also contemplating on the actual basics of Islamic nation, Iqbal recommends that we should obviously distinguish among the western nationalism as well as the Islamic view because the earlier was grounded in the loyalty of man to the country whereas the letter stresses on the power of religion as it is only only integrating force of the Muslim society.

“You must not equate your community along with the western community

The nation of prophet is unique in its composition”

Therefore for Iqbal, Millat is a nation because it was bring into being in monotheism. That’s why, it exceeds all the barricades of race, color, language, as well as of the territory; actually it aims in attaining the integration of all mankind into a moral body.

To Iqbal, Islam is a widespread religion along with all the ability to join the various races as well as the individuals of the world into a single brotherhood. SO, Iqbal was inspired by a vision of the international Islamic state of a united Muslim millat, no more separated by cultural or regional deliberation. Iqbal in illuminating his theory of millat, rejects irreligious foundation of politics, and he calls upon the believers.

In March 1932, once more he gave the framework at the future Muslim state, he said: “there is need for the improvement of whole Ummah, so that we can accomplish our hopes as well as attains our aims, firstly we have to change our procedures, we all know that God does not help those, who do not help themselves. We cannot expect success in any field without the academic independence”.

We should impart Islam into our individual and collective life which might become supportive for a strong nation. For the attainment of this objective, all the source of Ummat e Musalimah may be exploited; an everlasting program must be followed along with the full willpower.

Moreover Allama Muhammad Iqbal explained this point in his letter to Jinnah during 1937-38 in which he openly explained his opinions as well as his ideas on the ideology for Pakistan.

On March 1937 Iqbal said:

“We must not ignore the fact that the complete future of Islam as a moral and political force in Asia just reply upon the complete organization of Indian Muslim.
