Much drinking of green tea might make your skin grow a bit less old as compared to that you still do. However, the mixture of green tea works better if we apply them directly on our skin, not only by drinking lots of green tea.

5. Has no side-effects

Earlier we have not much discussed regarding the bad effects of green tea so it actually does not mean that there are not any bad effects of it. Green tea is normally safe when it consumed in a limited amount. However, the consumption of green tea in high quantities for example more than ten cups every day may have bad effects on health:

Excess of green tea may cause stomach problems (like diarrhoea & constipation)

Excess of green tea may cause Liver diseases

Excess of green tea may also lessen the amount of iron absorption through the body
