The COVID-19 spread from the Wuhan city of China and affected the entire world including Pakistan. Due to this out spread of virus all the educational and economical activities came to an end. The school, colleges and universities were closed for approximately 6 or more months or more and still it is doubted to open the educational institutes. Keeping in view the situation and cancelled exams of students the government and BISE officials decided to promote the 11th class students to next class. The promotion policy was declared by the education Minister Shafqat Mehmood.
About Lahore Board
Since Pakistan emerged on the map of the globe in 1947, the examinations of the Matric and intermediate level were conducted underneath the aegis of University of the Punjabs.
