NUST University Admission Entry Test NET 2026 Test Dates

NUST NET SCHEDULE FOR ENTRY TEST OF 2026 (Tentative):

The National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) conducts the National Eligibility Test (NET) in multiple sessions every year. This test is compulsory for students seeking admission in undergraduate programs offered by NUST. The university organizes the NET in different series , allowing candidates to appear in more than one attempt and use their best score for admission.

For the year 2026 , the NET test dates have been announced, and the test will be conducted in Islamabad (computer–based) and in Karachi, Quetta, and Gilgit (paper–based) centers. The tentative schedule of NET 2026 is as follows:

1. Series–1: Registration begins in October 2026 , and tests will start from November 2026 .
2. Series–2: Registration starts in December 2026 , while the entry test will be conducted in January 2026 .
3. Series–3: Registration will open in February 2026 , and the test will be held in April 2026 .
4. Series–4: Registration starts in April 2026, and the test will take place in June/July 2026 across different cities.

Students can select their desired series while applying, and they are encouraged to appear in more than one series to improve their scores. The Islamabad campus conducts computer-based testing on a daily basis within the announced dates, while other cities have fixed paper-based schedules.

NUMBER OF CHANCES FOR DOING NUST NET ENTRY TEST:

It is allowed to the student for scoring high marks that can appear in the test more than once. But for series-1 only one attempt can allowed.
