Organization Overview

Position 01 — Wing Process & Documentation Improvement (VP/SVP)

Place of Posting: Karachi
Reporting to: Winghead-Automation / Divisional Head Credit Administration Division

Educational/Professional Qualification:

  • Master's degree recognized by the HEC of Pakistan

  • Relevant certification will be preferred

Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge:

  • Process improvement and documentation

  • Credit Administration (CAD) process governance

Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • To establish and maintain robust CAD process governance

  • To coordinate with Credit & Risk Management, Corporate/Commercial/Islamic Banking

  • To establish, review, and implement standard operating procedures in line with approved policies

  • To review and implement credit administration and risk management objectives

  • To maintain dashboards and MIS reporting

Position 02 — Audit (Credit Administration)

Educational/Professional Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent

  • Relevant certification will be preferred

Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • To review and implement credit administration and risk management objectives

  • To coordinate with support units on reviews, including follow-up and remediation

  • To support evidence-based reviews

Position 03 — ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance)

Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge:

  • ESG awareness and training

  • Developing and implementing ESG initiatives

Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • To review and implement ESG improvements and interventions

  • To coordinate with support units on reviews, including follow-up and remediation

  • To develop and implement ESG awareness, training initiatives across the Bank and provide necessary support to business and support units
