3. CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS

A. Qualification / Education:

  • Minimum: Master's degree in Public Policy, Management, Finance, Public Health, or any related field.

  • Essential Skill: Strong written communication skills in English.

B. Experience:

  • Total: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.

  • Specific: At least 5–7 years in development planning at a senior position.

  • Preference:

    • Health/Population sectors experience.

    • Prior experience working with government, a delivery unit, or an international organization (or equivalent).

    • Experience engaging development partners and donors at a senior level.

C. Remuneration / Pay Scale:

  • Pay Scale: PPS-12 (Project Pay Scale)
