Available Positions

1. Senior Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking (AVP/VP)

Location: Karachi
Reporting to: Regional Corporate Head

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate banking relationships, ensuring the highest professional standards of service are provided.
  • Proactively monitor and grow the assigned portfolio, identifying opportunities for business development.
  • Implement business strategies and sales targets while maintaining asset quality.
  • Oversee the introduction and cross-selling of banking products and services.
  • Ensure credit integrity and adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduate or equivalent from a recognized institution by HEC.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with Master's degrees and/or relevant certifications.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Banking or related roles, with a focus on relationship management, risk management, and investment banking.

Skills & Expertise Required:

  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of corporate banking products and services.
  • Sound understanding of regulatory frameworks and financial systems.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal business units and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in credit analysis, business development, and financial transactions.

2. Project Finance (AVP/VP)

Location: Karachi, Lahore
Reporting to: Corporate Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze investment transactions and assess business opportunities.
  • Prepare business development reports and support revenue generation strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal bank policies.
  • Lead financial analysis, ensuring accurate business proposals are presented.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduate or equivalent from a recognized institution by HEC.
  • Candidates with Master's degrees (CFA/ACCA preferred) are highly desired.
  • Strong financial analysis and communication skills, both written and oral.

Skills & Expertise Required:

  • Thorough understanding of project finance, treasury services, and market sales.
  • Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

3. Risk, Audit & Compliance Officer

Location: Karachi
Reporting to: Risk & Compliance Head

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain records of audit and compliance, ensuring all issues are followed up and resolved.
  • Monitor and report on controls and procedures, ensuring smooth compliance with regulations.
  • Respond to AML/KYC issues, coordinating with the respective regional corporate center.
  • Provide project management support to internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
  • Master's degrees in relevant fields are preferred.

Skills & Expertise Required:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Deep knowledge of internal and external compliance procedures.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and cross-functional environment.

Employment Terms

  • Type: Contractual (3-year term with the possibility of renewal based on management discretion).
