Online applications are invited for the following posts from Pakistani citizens having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa by 28.09.2026 (Till 5:00 PM).

Urdu Text Translation:
"Online applications will be received till 5:00 PM (office hours) on the last date. No application will be acceptable after 5:00 PM. Therefore, do not wait for the last date."

Important Notes:

  • Applications other than online will not be accepted.

  • Application fee of Rs. 500/- (excluding service charges) will be deposited through 1 Bill option available in all Banking Apps (i.e., NBP, HBL, ABL, BOK, BoP, etc.) and Microfinance Apps (i.e., Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, Upaisa, etc.).

  • Candidates are advised to fill in all the columns carefully and preview their application forms for correction, if any, before applying.

  • Documents are not required at the time of submission of application. The same shall be submitted as and when asked for by the Commission.

  • A candidate shall be entitled for having one domicile only, otherwise he/she shall become ineligible.

Qualifications:

a) He must possess at least a second class Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.

b) He must have satisfactorily completed the probation period and has been confirmed in the rank of Inspector.

c) He has not been awarded any major penalties during the last three years.

d) He has qualified two weeks basic course from any four of the Police Specialized Schools during service as Junior Officer.

Correct Entries Candidates must make correct entries in online application which can be documentarily proved; on the basis of claimed entries they will be called for Examination
Age Reckoning Age will be reckoned as on 01-01-2026
Qualification Only the qualification possessed on the closing date of advertisement shall be taken into consideration
Eligibility Candidates must be academically qualified, have satisfactory service record, and successfully completed probation period by closing date. Candidates not fulfilling required conditions by last date shall not be considered
Degrees Degrees/Testimonials of unrecognized institution will not be accepted
Documents Attested copies of only original degrees/certificates will be required at the time of scrutiny
Citizenship Candidates must be citizens of Pakistan and possess domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including merged districts
Domicile Certificate Must be issued by competent authority before the last date fixed for receipt of applications. No alteration in entries shall be accepted subsequently. Domicile once produced shall be final. A candidate shall be entitled for having one domicile only, otherwise he/she shall become ineligible
Date of Birth Shall ordinarily be the date of birth endorsed on the Matriculation/equivalent certificate
Departmental Permission Certificates on prescribed format shall reach the Commission Office within 30 days of the closing date
Allocation Posts will be filled strictly in accordance with the advertised allocation
Government's Right Government reserves the right to fill or not to fill any post, increase or decrease the number of Posts
Experience Experience gained in a recognized institution shall be taken into consideration if supported by valid documentary proof
In-Service Candidates Where experience forms part of requisite qualifications, recommendations of in-service candidates shall be conveyed provisionally subject to perusal of their PERs by the Department concerned and finding these satisfactory
Additional Marks 10 marks for Quaid-e-Azam Police Medal (QPM)/Pakistan Police Medal (PPM)
05 marks for qualified Basic Elite Training Course (six months course)
Language Papers may be attempted either in English or Urdu except English and Urdu Papers
Absence in Exam Where candidate remains absent in written examination, his/her chance will remain intact. However, if he/she appears in any one subject, he/she will be deemed to have availed the chance
Failure in Three Attempts An Officer who appears in Examination by initial recruitment in higher rank and fails to qualify in three attempts shall not be eligible for the same examination in future
Re-totaling If any candidate applies for re-totaling of marks, he/she shall approach the Commission within fifteen days after announcement of results. No request after expiry of said period shall be entertained
Eligibility Determination Determined in accordance with advertisement, service rules, and ancillary instructions issued by Government/Commission. Age, qualifications, and experience as on closing date will be taken into account
Call for Interview Only eligible candidates shall normally be called. In case of large number of applications, screening test may be held without scrutiny; however, shortlisted candidates' applications shall be scrutinized before proceeding further
Contact Responsibility Candidates must provide active contact number and e-mail address and regularly check messages, e-mails, and Commission's official website. Commission shall not be responsible for delayed or non-receipt of communication
Rejection Application shall stand rejected if required documents are received after the timeline provided in Regulation
Cancellation On detailed scrutiny after written examination, if candidate found ineligible, candidature will be cancelled/rejected regardless of appearing or qualifying in examination
Post-Selection Discrepancy After selection/recommendation, if any discrepancy found in documents/particulars, selection/recommendation could be cancelled/withdrawn by Commission before appointment. If appointed by department, matter shall be referred to department concerned for disciplinary action
