Workers Welfare Board Sindh

The Workers Welfare Board Sindh invites applications from eligible candidates holding domicile of Sindh Province for the following vacant position. Applicants must meet the required educational qualifications and experience mentioned for the post.

Additional Requirement

Candidates must have appeared in and passed the General Screening Test (Graduate Category) conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Service (STS).

  • Applicants must possess a minimum score of 400 marks in the STS test.

  • Candidates must provide a valid STS certificate relevant to the advertised post.

Terms, Conditions, and Instructions

  1. The age limit will be strictly followed as mentioned in the advertisement.

  2. However, according to the notification issued by the Government of Sindh (Notification No. SOII(SGA&CD)5/64/2011 (Part-II), dated 06 March 2025), a general upper age relaxation of 5 years will be granted.

  3. Candidates already employed in government or semi-government organizations must apply through proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department at the time of interview.

  4. Applicants must appear before the Departmental Selection Committee of the Workers Welfare Board Sindh for the interview with original documents, according to the interview schedule uploaded on the Sindh Job Portal.

  5. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the test or interview.

  6. Recruitment will be conducted according to government policies and regulations, and quota for women, differently-abled persons, and minorities will be implemented as per rules.
